To make a booking, you must accept the Rules and Restrictions of the hotel Provider services that you select (such as payment of due amounts, refund ability, penalties, availability restrictions and use of fares or services, etc.). The relevant Rules and Restrictions are provided to you before you make a booking and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
If you violate a hotel Provider's Rules and Restrictions, your booking may be cancelled. You may also lose any money paid for such booking.
We provide our Service to help you find information about hotel Services and to assist you in booking those hotel Services. It is provided to you for no other purpose. You agree that:
        • You will only use our Service for personal and non-commercial purposes
        • You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into contracts
        • You will use our Service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms
        • All information supplied by you is true, accurate, current and complete
• If you have an account with us, you will:

• If you book on behalf of others:

MODIFICATION

o Any modification in the booking is subject to availability at the time of making such a request.

NON-ARRIVAL TO THE HOTEL (NO SHOW)

o If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire booking will be cancelled automatically by the hotels and will be charged for the entire booking.
o If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please, urgently, contact us to keep the room for you for the rest of the nights. Otherwise as mentioned above, the entire booking will be auto-cancelled and no refund admissible.

CONFIRMATION VOUCHER

o The reservation once confirmed, a confirmation number and the voucher are generated that you can print for your convenience.
o It is necessary to present the confirmation voucher to the hotel on arrival. On failure to produce the confirmation voucher may result in the hotel not honouring your booking unless the hotel is able to trace & match the excess in the booking system.

PAYMENT SECURITY

o It is important to know that whenever you provide the personal details or credit card information, it is secured.
